About

Welcome to Sally’s Baking Addiction! My name is Sally, the 26 year old gal behind the blog, wearing giant polka dot oven mitts, and dreaming about all things peanut butter.   Thanks for visiting!  As you can tell, I have a slight addiction to baking.

I am by no means a baking genius, but genuinely love to be in the kitchen whipping up new sweet & healthy eats.  Here you’ll find most of my recipes to be quick and relatively simple. SBA features no fuss, no hassle, easy recipes that taste like you slaved in the kitchen all day. I’m all about shortcuts.

I learn from pure trial and error, and am influenced from a lot of different food bloggers on the web, recipe websites, recipe books, and just sweet ideas that pop in my head. To avoid a butter and sugar coma, I try to keep a balance of indulgent and healthy treats. Oftentimes, my granola or breakfast bar recipes turn out to be my favorites. That doesn’t mean I don’t leave room for snickers. Or giant cookies. Or cupcakes.  ;)

I truly hope you find the recipes delicious, the photography pretty, and the blog inviting.  If you test out a recipe, let me know! Don’t be a stranger, I’d love to hear from you.

For more about me (and if you’re super bored), check out my 27 Random Odds & Ends About Sally page.

Thank you for visiting!
